Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you clean both the outside and inside of my windows?

    Absolutely, but you can choose if you want one or the other or both. I can price the job accordingly.

  • If I have screens ony my windows,will you clean those too?

    If you would like your screens cleaned, it does come with an extra cost, but they can absolutely be cleaned.

  • How often should I clean my windows?

    That's the question I hear most often. I recommend you clean both sides of your windows at least once per year. However, it's not uncommon to get the exterior cleaned more than once. Some customers hate dirty windows and will have them cleaned as many as 3 times per year or more.


    For commercial properties, I usually recommend cleaning the inside once per year unless you're a restaurant, then once per month. Otherwise, once bi-weekly or bi-monthly depending on how dirty they get. I usually start monthly and ask that you call me if you need me more frequently.


    Good new for commercial buildings. I do offer multi-location discounts as well as monthly schedule discounts. Call to get a quote.

  • What can I expect when you arrive to clean my windows?

    When I arrive, I'll let you know what my plan is. I usually work outside first by cleaning the screens. While they dry, I clean the outside windows, then work my way inside. After they are complete and you're satisfied with the work, I'll return your screens to the windows.

  • Up to how many stories will you clean?

    As of now, I clean as high as 35 feet. I've yet to come across a window I couldn't clean at these heights and below, but I do love a challenge.

  • Do you clean skylights?

    Yes....and no. I don't use harness equipment, so it will depend on the slope of your roof or how close it is located to the edge of your roof. My rule of thumb is if I can walk the roof, I can clean the skylight. If I have to crawl up and down your roof, I can do my best with a pole, but the results may not be great depending on how dirty they are. Skylight windows tend to be the dirtiest windows on the house, so they almost always need to be scrubbed by hand.

  • How much does window cleaning cost?

    This really comes down to what level of service you would like and how many windows you have. I have a minimum of $99, but jobs have been as high as $2500. My current running average is $250.

  • Do you work on weekends?

    Weekend appointments are charged a $50 premium.

  • Do you replace screen mesh?

    New for 2021! I do replace screen mesh. I simply remove your existing screens, haul them to be replaced, then reinstall them to their rightful location. This process may take 3 or 4 days up to around 4 weeks depending on how busy things are.
