Once you're booked, we'll review your job if needed, and will send out a refundable deposit request to hold your spot on the schedule.

You will receive email, text, and phone call reminders as your appointment approaches, along with a text message informing you of our arrival on the day of the job. Upon our arrival, we will present a brief overview of the work we intend to carry out and will begin upon your approval. After the work is completed to your satisfaction, we will collect the final payment.
