GETTING READY FOR YOUR PROJECTS

Window Cleaning

For Exterior Only: 

• We will need to have water spigot operating ideally near the front of the house and as close to where we’re likely to park
• remove screens in advance of our arrival (unless you've purchased screen cleaning along with exterior cleaning)
• Be sure all windows and doors and closed and locked
• Inform us of any broken windows, cracked glass, leaky windows, etc.
• Check for and remove any obstacles that may be blocking access to your windows (like furniture, grills, toys, trampolines, etc.)

For all other window cleaning projects where we’re required to come inside

• Raise all blinds and draw open all curtains
• Pull back any furniture blocking our path to the window leaving us at least 3 feet of space around each window
• Remove any knick-knacks, suction cups, stickers, etc.
• Secure your animals for their safety and ours (we don't want to accidentally let your animal escape, or step on their cute little toes)

Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Protection, and Holiday Lighting

Around the exterior

• Check for and remove any obstacles that may be blocking access to your gutters (like grills, toys, trampolines, etc.)
• Move your vehicles out of the driveway if they are near gutters where we may setup ladders

Payment

After we complete your job to your satisfaction, we will request payment for our services. We prefer Zelle®, but accept all major credit/debit cards as well as checks. We do not accept cash. Payment is due at the time of completion. If you will not be home by the time we are finished, you may leave a check behind, or pay before you leave. If you will not be present for the entire cleaning, payment is due upon arrival unless other plans have been agreed upon in advance.
