BCW Customer Communication SMS Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By opting into the BCW Customer Communication SMS Campaign, you agree to receive text messages from BCW regarding our services.

1. Program Description

The BCW Customer Communication SMS Campaign is a mobile messaging program designed to facilitate seamless communication between BCW and our clients. By subscribing, you may receive messages regarding:

• Initial estimates and quotes for services.
• Appointment scheduling and reminders.
• Updates and status alerts related to ongoing or completed services.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your service requests. You can expect to receive messages primarily during the estimation and active service phases.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. BCW does not charge a fee for this service; however, your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply according to your individual wireless plan.

4. Supported Carriers

Our messaging service is available on most major US carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular.

Note: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out (Stop)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our short code or the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
